How long does it take for orders to ship?

Typically, most orders take between 1-3 business days to process* followed by 2-5 days to ship depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Due to the personalized nature of our products, some of our items may take longer to process. You can view current processing estimates below and in select product listings. Please note that if you order multiple items with different processing times, they will be held to ship together. If you’re in a pinch, email us at info@boxofzeal.com, and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate your deadline. If you have a specific need-by date, please list it in the “notes” section at checkout. Please note: need-by dates are not guarantees.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We only offer returns on broken or defective items purchased through the Marketplace within 15 days of delivery. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition received. All returns will be subjected to a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards. For all custom built Zeal boxes and the curated items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, refunds or returns. Returns can take 7-10 business days to process, once the item has been received.

Simply email us at info@boxofzeal.com with your order number and reason for return to begin the return process. 

Where do I return my damaged item?
On the rare occasion your items arrive damaged, you must contact us immediately (within 48 hours from time of delivery) at info@boxofzeal.com to allow us the opportunity to investigate the issue. If the items are found to be defective and returnable, you can send the goods to the following address

How will I know if my order has shipped?

When your order finishes processing and begins its journey to your recipient of choice, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking confirmation .

My order is being shipped as a gift, can I request a specific delivery date?

We are happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received within a certain window of your desired date. List your desired delivery date in the “notes to Box of Zeal”. section of your cart, or email us at info@boxofzeal.com, and we’ll work with you to make this happen. If you don’t need it to arrive ON a specific date, just by a specific date, we can handle that as well.
